Burst! Largest strike in Canadian history!
On the night of April 18 local time, the leader of Canada's largest federal public service union (PSAC) announced that federal civil servants of the Canada Revenue Agency and the Ministry of Finance will start a strike at 0:01 am on April 19. It is understood that the number of strikers was as high as 155,000. This is the largest strike organized by a single-employer trade union in Canadian history.
