Job Responsibilities：

1. Independently responsible for the logistics matters of the whole process of shipping operations (including booking, document making, process tracking, customs declaration, settlement, etc.)

2. Assist customers in the production, consultation and answering of logistics plans.

3. Responsible for the entry and invoicing of the customer business data system to ensure timely and accurate receipts and payments.

4. Assist in regular customer return visits, communication and maintenance of customer relationships.

5. Regularly organize and improve the operation process to improve operation efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualification：

1. Familiar with shipping operation process, more than one-year related work experience is preferred.

2. College degree or above, majors in international economics and trade, foreign trade English, international logistics, etc. are preferred.

3. Able to withstand certain work pressure, cheerful personality, good communication and learning ability, good sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit.

4. Familiar with basic office software operations, with English reading and writing skills, and able to communicate with foreign agents proficiently.
